Synopsis
Pour l’aider à retrouver sa fiancée disparue, Romain (Philippe Katerine), médecin en hôpital psychiatrique n’a d’autre choix que de faire évader l’un de ses patients Léo Milan (Dany Boon), qui prétend être un agent secret… Mais Romain n’est pas tout à fait sûr d’avoir fait le bon choix, Léo dit « le Lion » est-il vraiment un agent secret ou simplement un gros mytho ?
